Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring the best experience for our students.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. Course Fees are Non-Refundable – Once a student has enrolled and paid for a course, the fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
1.2. Exceptional Cases – Refunds may be considered under special circumstances (see Section 3).

2. Course Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

2.1. Cancellation by IIS – If the institute cancels a course due to unforeseen reasons, students will receive:

• A full refund or
• An option to transfer the fee to another course of their choice.
  2.2. Cancellation by Student – If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment:
• No refund will be provided after the course has started.
• If cancellation is requested before course commencement, a partial refund (deducting processing fees) may be considered.

3. Special Refund Considerations

3.1. Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unavoidable situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to documentation and approval.
3.2. In cases of duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Transfer of Enrollment

4.1. Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their fees to another batch or course.
4.2. Transfers are subject to approval and must be requested before the course starts.

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refund requests must be made via email to - contacting.iis@gmail.com with supporting details.
5.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
5.3. Processing fees and administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. No Refund for Digital Content & Certification

6.1. Fees for downloadable content, e-books, recorded lectures, and certifications are non-refundable once accessed.
6.2. Students who complete a course and receive a certificate are not eligible for any refund.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

7.1. IIS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be published on our official website.
