4.1. All course materials, videos, books, and lectures provided by the institute remain its intellectual property.
4.2. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of study materials is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Any student found violating intellectual property rights may face legal action.

5. Attendance & Certification

5.1. Students must maintain the required attendance to be eligible for certification.
5.2. The institute holds the right to deny certification in case of poor attendance, misconduct, or non-completion of assignments.
5.3. Digital or physical certificates will be provided only upon successful completion of the course.

6. Online Classes & Technical Requirements

6.1. Students attending online courses must have a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
6.2. The institute is not responsible for technical disruptions or connectivity issues on the student’s side.
6.3. Recorded sessions, if provided, are for personal use only and cannot be shared publicly.

7.1. The institute does not guarantee career success, financial gain, or astrological accuracy of predictions made using learned knowledge.
7.2. Any decisions taken by students based on course knowledge are their own responsibility, and the institute holds no liability.
